We are centrally located by Borough underground station and an eight minute walk from London Bridge station, which makes us convenient and accessible to host your next away day, board meeting or conference.
Our venue is available to hire for half day, full day or multi-day bookings from Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm, subject to availability and will be for your exclusive use.
Facilities
When you hire our venue you will receive exclusive use of our air-conditioned multi-purpose training room, which can be set up board room style or divided into two smaller rooms using the concertina doors. The room seats up to 24 people boardroom style.
Our venue is step-free and fully accessible for wheelchair users with sloped access and manual doors.
As well as the training room, you will have sole use of your own kitchen, including tea and coffee making facilities, and female, male and accessible toilets. You will also be provided with a range of useful equipment such as flip charts, pens and paper to help you make the most of your booking.
IT equipment
The room is equipped with several screens for your use throughout the day. We would ask that any presentations you wish to use are brought with you on a USB stick or are accessed via email as we are unable to allow external computers to connect to our hardware.
You will have access to the Carers UK Wi-Fi network and will be given the login details when you arrive.
Catering
Your booking will include access to tea and coffee making facilities. We are unable to arrange catering, however with such a wide variety of lunch options, including Borough Market on our doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice whether you want to eat out or have something delivered.
Prices
We offer both full-day and half day bookings of our venue. Full payment is required in advance by either BACS or credit card.
Full day: £420+VAT
Half day: £210+VAT
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount for Employers for Carers or Carers UK Affiliate members.
Full payment is required in advance by either BACS or credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of the booking to receive a refund.
